A survey carried out by the popular hosting supplier has shown that clear tutorials and low prices are the features customers look for when picking a hosting provider.

Nearly two thirds of the 2,000 people questioned by the fast hosting company rated low prices, comprehensive tutorials and a clear website as the top three features they look for when selecting a hosting provider.
