Growing NMO expects to see streamlining of operations with SAM Pro Enterprise

Cleveland, OH (PRWEB) November 8, 2007 -- Consolidated Maintenance Solutions, a national maintenance company specializing in HVAC, handyman and floor care service to retailers, has selected Data-Basics' SAM Pro Enterprise software to automate and streamline its vendor-performed retail maintenance operations.

In only its second year in business, Consolidated Maintenance Solutions recently found itself having to meet the needs of a rapidly growing list of retailers with a software solution designed for NMOs doing self-perform work.

"Our current software system just isn't good for handling the needs of outside vendors since it was built around the requirements of retail facilities departments," said Grant Baecker, president of Consolidated Maintenance Solutions. "SAM Pro Enterprise focuses more on a vendor's requirements, making it a much better fit for a business like ours."

Another key reason for choosing SAM Pro Enterprise is its integrated accounting software. "It's like killing two birds with one stone," said Mark Von Der Linn, controller. "Eliminating the double data entry we do currently will save a ton of time and be a big productivity lift for us."

The technology in SAM Pro Enterprise (http://www.databasics.com/sam-pro) that enables system-wide integration is Rules-Based Management. This technology proactively manages routine activities and enforces a set of rules to help streamline and automate workflow. It does so by enforcing predetermined rules that engage a series of alarms for action when things do not go as planned.

The company also plans on implementing the Quotemaster and CRMAnywhere components of the software. The first component streamlines the creation and management of quotes while the second is Web-enabled client work order management software.

Consolidated Maintenance Solutions plans to rollout SAM Pro Enterprise in the first quarter of 2008.
