Dog Leg Preacher will be hosting an after Thanksgiving concert and celebration on November 23rd and 24th, 2007. The show will take place at The Cedarwood Dome near Tacoma Washington. The event is open to the public and will commence at 9:00 PST.
Tacoma, WA (Bluehost) November 8, 2007 -- Seattle based indie rock group Dog Leg Preacher will be hosting their first annual after Thanksgiving celebration on November 23rd and 24th at the Cedarwood Dome in Milton WA.
Dog Leg will be bringing their full production show to Tacoma for the last time in 2007. Dog Leg will then be taking some much needed time off, in order to record their third full length CD and prepare a new stage show for the 2008 season. This will be the last time to catch this group live this year.
Dog Leg will be joined on stage by Straight On, a critically acclaimed Heart tribute. Straight On will be opening the show both nights so get there early. There will also be a showing by "Biker comedian" Kid Leather who will bring his own brand of comedy to the stage during the set changes. The Kid Loves hecklers so be sure to take the gloves off during his set.
As a bonus, a portion of the proceeds from this event will be donated to ABATE of Washington. ABATE is a national organization of motorcycle riders that work to educate legislators and the general public to the needs and concerns of the motorcycling community.
Now is the time to come out and blow off some of that holiday steam with Dog Leg Preacher and friends. The Cedarwood Dome is located at 7404 Pacific highway East Milton, WA 98354. The show starts at 9:00. There will be a ten dollar cover charge.
