Custom gasket maker Gaskets-To-Go® now offers custom injection molded rubber parts at very competitive prices, with no tooling or set-up charges or standing order requirement.

(PRWEB) November 13, 2007 -- For almost ten years Gaskets-To-Go® has been successfully supplying customers both large and small with their custom gasket needs. Besides offering excellent quality at very reasonable prices, one of Gaskets-To-Go’s key selling points is the fact that they require no tooling or set-up charges. Now Gaskets-To-Go® has extended their services to cover custom made injection molded rubber parts. Gaskets-To-Go® can supply custom rubber parts with no tooling or set-up charges for production orders as small as 500 pieces. Parts can be made from natural rubber, nitrile rubber (NBR) that withstands exposure to gas and oils, foam rubber for molding, as well as other types of rubber.

Prospective customers can check out Gaskets-To-Go’s web page dedicated to custom molded rubber products at www.gasketstogo.com/Molded_Rubber.htm to find examples of previous work along with sample pricing and other information. Prices are very competitive, and quoted piece prices are inclusive of all charges except shipping. Unlike other rubber part manufacturers, Gaskets-To-Go® does not require repeat or standing orders.

Most orders can be completed within 6-8 weeks. After the initial tooling is completed a small test batch will be run and samples forwarded to customers for their evaluation. At this stage modifications or corrections can be made if necessary. Once customers approve the part full production takes place. Tooling remains the property of Gaskets-To-Go®, but will only be used for customer-authorized production.

Customers ordering custom made rubber parts from Gaskets-To-Go® include hobbyists, small businesses, and even large business looking for savings for small or limited production runs. Gaskets-To-Go’s personalized service and competitive prices now put custom molded rubber parts within the range of even part-time and hobby businesses.

To obtain a quotation, all that is usually needed is a drawing or an image with dimensions called out, an indication of the type of rubber required, and the desired quantity. Those seeking quotations or further information can contact Gaskets-To-Go® by e-mail at inquiries@gasketstogo.com. Further information on obtaining quotations for rubber items can be found at www.gasketstogo.com/Molded_Rubber.htm. The URL for Gaskets-To-Go’s home page is www.gasketstogo.com.
