Simulator Sports opens new race car simulation venue in time for the holidays. Great play time gift for those 'hard-to-buy-for' folks and a fun outlet for the extra in town guest.

St. Louis Park, MN (PRWEB) December 13, 2007 -- Simulator Sports, a new venue for car racing enthusiasts, has opened its doors in the Twin Cities of Minnesota. Located in the Minneapolis area, Simulator Sports (http://www.SimulatorSports.com) offers realistic simulated racing experiences designed to be as close to the real thing as possible.

Owners Charlie Christensen and Stephanie Maxey both have a love of sports, and wanted to help other people like themselves to enjoy their pastimes regardless of the season.

Simulator Sports' racing simulators provide a realistic experience with feedback. Race courses available on the simulators fully emulate the professional courses they are modeled after, down to every bump on the track surface. And rumblers built into the simulators provide a force feedback experience that creates additional realism for the driver. Drivers of all abilities from age six up, can experience the racing simulators. Drivers can also race in groups with their friends.

"Whether you're a NASCAR buff, or you like demolition derby, dragsters, or super karts, we have a program that will match your interests," said Christensen. "And it's a completely customizable experience. You can race alone or with a group, and you can even find a racing opponent from somewhere else around the world. We also give our racers the choice of a 42 inch LCD screen or a huge ten foot by twelve foot screen."

Asked how Simulator Sports differs from other simulator businesses in the region, Maxey said, "This is a fantastic family-friendly experience. We've put together a really great small group gathering place for teams, corporate events, birthday parties and friendly get-togethers. And we simply offer the best value out there. Our prices are great and you can really relax and enjoy your time here. You will never be rushed out."

Christensen and Maxey also offer gift certificates for those who want to send friends and family to Simulator Sports. "For those 'hard-to-buy-for' folks, some wholesome play time at Simulator Sports is a really fun option," said Maxey. "We're anticipating a busy holiday and winter season as people look for cold weather activities. And we are definitely encouraging people to call or go to our site at this time to reserve space."

In addition to offering simulated racing on their site, the owners of Simulator Sports are distributors of the race simulators they use, and can provide information on pricing to those interested in owning their own home simulator.

Simulator Sports is located at 6521 Cambridge Street, St. Louis Park, MN 55426 and can be reached at (952) 224-8096. The company site is http://www.simulatorsports.com.
