Ron Paul Reveres, an Independent Expenditure Campaign, released a DVD introducing Ron Paul to potential supporters. Volunteers from Ron Paul "Meetup" groups from around the country purchased over 60,000 copies in the first 72 hours of its release for mailing and door to door distribution.

San Francisco, CA (PRWEB) December 22, 2007 -- One day after Ron Paul grass roots supporters made political history by raising over 6 million dollars in a single day, the RonPaulReveres.com website released a new Ron Paul Canvassing DVD, selling over 60,000 copies in the first 72 hours. The DVD, also available for free online, introduces prospective supporters to presidential candidate Ron Paul's philosophy and key positions.

"Ron Paul supporters from all political parties are responding to the power of his message and his call for renewed freedom," said Mark Michael Lewis, producer and narrator of the DVD for Ron Paul Reveres.com. "We made the hour-long DVD so easy to view that Ron Paul volunteers just need to spend one minute inviting voters to view the initial ten minute introduction. Once they see it, many will become so engaged that they will watch the entire hour presentation sizing up the man and his principles and then become part of the Ron Paul Revolution."

Ron Paul supporters are passionately optimistic
Ron Paul's grass roots movement has attracted tens of thousands of dedicated supporters from across the country and political spectrum, including over 80,000 members of Ron Paul Meetup.com groups. "Ron Paul supporters are passionately optimistic," says Rich Friesen, Ron Paul Reveres.com founder. "We find Democrats, Republicans, Independents and even people who have never voted before all becoming passionate about the anti-war, pro-liberty, sound money stance that Ron Paul represents."

The question on everyone's mind is whether Ron Paul can translate his financial and internet support into tangible votes in the primaries. Major media sources and political pundits have repeatedly underestimated the strength of Ron Paul's grass roots support and may be in for a surprise at the ballot box. The legion of volunteers has until February the 5th to turn their passion into Republican primary votes.

Ron Paul Reveres is an Independent Expenditure Campaign not connected to or affiliated with the official Ron Paul for President Campaign. Financed by a California angel investor, its mission is to support Ron Paul volunteers who gather at www.Meetup.com and who are working around the clock to introduce Ron Paul to all American voters.
