The Grand Dame of the Rockies has teamed up with Grilling Authority and PBS TV Host Steven Raichlen for an ALL NEW Session of Barbecue University .

Colorado Springs, CO (Vocus) December 6, 2007-- Ladies and Gentlemen: fire up your grills! This June, the historic BROADMOOR will be hosting grilling authority Steven Raichlens acclaimed Barbecue University in Colorado Springs. The celebrated grilling school, touted as the best BBQ experience in the U.S." by the Food Network, is led by Steven Raichlen, an award-winning author, journalist, teacher, and the man who gave barbecue a college education. BBQ University at The BROADMOOR is a three-night, three-day interactive grilling course that offers techniques to novice and expert barbecue lovers alike, in addition to all of the amenities of the Five-Star, Five-Diamond BROADMOOR. BBQ University will be held at The BROADMOOR June 1-4, 2008, and June 4-7, 2008.
