Circle of Seven Productions grows the online video marketing trend for the publishing industry. Book video brings the publishing market in line with other entertainment industries thanks to online distribution to sites such as YouTube and MySpace.

New York, NY (PRWEB) December 13, 2007 -- Circle of Seven Productions, the top book trailer producers in the U.S. have brought online marketing through video to the publishing industry. Since creating the book trailer market in 2002, Circle of Seven Productions has continued to identify online distribution venues for book video including YouTube and MySpace.

Book Trailers are the hottest new entertainment in publishing. You can watch scenes from a book play out on YouTube and learn more about a storyline before you purchase the book. Now books can compete with other entertainment industries by capitalizing on the online video trends.

This is a great way to entertain and inform the public about books and their stories. We hope to see Book Trailers do for the publishing industry what music videos did for the music industry.
Online marketing with video has been the primary domain of other entertainment industries, but savvy book promoters have identified an entertaining way to promote books with video that allows the publishing industry entrance into a growing online market.

Book video can be found on YouTube sites such as http://www.youtube.com/booktrailers showing anything from book trailers to author interviews. Top booksellers such as Borders Inc. have found their way to YouTube where they show exclusive author interviews. MySpace TV, Veoh and many other popular videos sites are seeing an increase in book video and have even featured some of the trailers.

Sheila Clover English of Circle of Seven Productions, the leader in book trailer productions says, "This is a great way to entertain and inform the public about books and their stories. We hope to see Book Trailers do for the publishing industry what music videos did for the music industry."

English goes on to say, "There are several booksellers and specialty sites that take book videos as content and utilize it to enhance their site and increase traffic."

Several of the trailers on the YouTube book trailer site have won prestigious awards such as the Telly Awards and Davey Awards as well as many local awards. As they become more and more popular the production value could increase allowing book trailers to evolve like music videos did in the 1980s.

Circle of Seven Productions has gone on to create an online television platform for book video called Reader's Entertainment TV effectively marrying books, entertainment and video in a central location.

Book trailers allow books to be seen as mainstream entertainment in a visual venue like movies, television, music and video games. Online sites such as YouTube and MySpace TV allow for greater utilization of the trailers and a greater outreach for the publishing industry.
