Canada Faces UN Human Rights Tribunal; Clinton and Colorado Immune

Download this press release as an Adobe PDF document.

On December 5, 2007 a landmark UN Human Rights Complaint filed against Canada and the US was accepted for litigation solely against Canada by the Chief Treaties and Council Branch under the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, communication / case No. 1638/2007. This resulted in Canada effectively taking full blame, while the former US Clinton Administration and the State of Colorado has become immune by default.
Although the United States has been removed from the final recorded Petition dated and filed November 7, 2007; all documented evidence considered material to the Complaint, including the alleged historical direction, cooperation and/or conspiratorial involvement of the State of Colorado and the Clinton Administration was permitted by the Human Rights Committee

Geneva, Switzerland (PRWEB) December 27, 2007 -- Petitioner and Former CIA financial contractor and whistleblower, Harmon Wilfred has finally received approval by the UN Human Rights Committee to proceed with his Complaint exclusively against the government of Canada. Wilfred's original human rights Complaint against the US and Colorado was presented and filed on April 12, 2007 with the first revised Complaint presented on June 12, 2007 naming Canada as an additional offending state. On September 20, 2007 the UN Petition Unit issued an instruction to remove the US and Colorado as defendants by default due to, "The United States of America has not accepted the competence of the Human Rights Committee or that of the Committee against torture to examine individual complaints."

"Although the United States has been removed from the final recorded Petition dated and filed November 7, 2007; all documented evidence considered material to the Complaint, including the alleged historical direction, cooperation and/or conspiratorial involvement of the State of Colorado and the Clinton Administration was permitted by the Human Rights Committee," says Wilfred. This material evidence includes an account of Wilfred's 1999 meeting in Toronto, Canada with President Clinton's attorney, Gregory Craig, as well as his Canadian wife, Carolyn Dare Wilfred's letter and evidence entitled, It Takes a Global Village; forwarded to First Lady Hillary Clinton that same year. Carolyn's letter requesting Mrs. Clinton's urgent intervention on behalf of Wilfred's two minor children allegedly being used as political pawns to prevent him exposing the embezzlement of billions of dollars by the CIA and certain high level political figures, has remained unanswered.

Wilfred's Human Rights Complaint against Canada includes allegations of tortuous and unlawful incarcerations, degrading treatment, unlawful punishment, and multiple violations of his civil and political rights. Wilfred renounced his US citizenship on 1 March, 2005 and currently resides in self imposed exile as a stateless refugee claimant with his Canadian wife in Christchurch, New Zealand. He is founder and Director of Combined Technology; a New Zealand based global telecom business.
