Webtrack tracks usage at premium websites, tying expenses back to clients; monitors usage at any website.

(PRWeb) January 29, 2007 -- nQueue, Inc., the leading provider of integrated cost recovery software, announced today the availability of nQueue Webtrack, the first system designed to recover costs from premium online research tools. Integrated with nQueue's robust expandable platform, Webtrack provides a simple interface to not only monitor time spent at any website but also to tie that data to client and matter information, allowing the law firm to more accurately pass research costs back to clients.

nQueue's Webtrack is specifically designed to assist firms in better recovering expenses from premium websites such as Lexis, Westlaw and Pacer by requiring client and matter information to be entered into a popup box when the user logs on. While some premium sites already collect client and matter information, they are not tied to the firm's time and billing system. Recovering research expenses is a significant difficulty for many firms. "We get feedback from billing professionals around the country who tell us that some frequent entries into these fields are 'don't know,' '99999' and 'sounds like smith,'" said John Gilbert, Vice President, Sales & Marketing at nQueue. The nQueue platform compares the client and matter information to the firm's time and billing system, capturing nearly 100% of recoverable expenses.

Our clients have all kinds of reasons for monitoring web usage at specific free sites
Webtrack can be configured to monitor actual time spent at any URL through a timer which stops when the user exits or minimizes that window; firms can control which sites they want to track with client and matter information. Typically, a law firm will track paid sites by client and matter, but still collect information for several others. "Our clients have all kinds of reasons for monitoring web usage at specific free sites," said Richard P. Hellers, nQueue's Chief Operating Officer. "With Webtrack, firms can better analyze who uses which service and for how long, helping them negotiate better subscription levels and rates and better determine which tools are most effective." Better information also helps firms evaluate online usage for attorney training opportunities.

Webtrack integrates with all major time and billing systems via the nQueue Platform and works with any web browser.
