Mommy Makeup was created by make-up artist Debra Rubin-Roberts who, upon the birth of her daughter, realized that she did not have as much time as before to apply her makeup. While willing to go more natural, Debra was not willing to go without makeup at all. And, she was sure there were a lot of other mothers out there who felt the same. As a result, she created Mommy Makeup.
