Incentive-based video sharing site, www.WeWin.com, experiences explosive growth since Beta launch.

Pleasanton, CA (PRWeb) February 5, 2007 -- Today, incentive-based video sharing Web site WeWin.com announced the stellar growth of its membership and video library since the beta launch in late November 2006. In just a little over three month's time, WeWin.com has experienced a 150x increase in member registrations, reaching 150,000 by the end of January 2007, and a 200x increase in daily uploaded videos. With growth comparable to the early days of market leaders MySpace and YouTube, www.WeWin.com is on track to be a major player in the video sharing space.

The early success of WeWin.com is attributed to the incentive-based video-sharing business model. The site awards its members with daily instant-win opportunities for watching videos. WeWin Points is a monthly sweepstakes in which members can earn points for various activities on the site. The top ten point leaders win high-value prizes, such as a PlayStation 3 or Nintendo Wii, at the end of each month. December's top point earner Neil P. from Florida won a PlayStation 3 and had this to say, "I'm so used to all these contests where your chances are one in a million. Well, on WeWin, I controlled my chances, and I won! Totally worth it. When's the last time you won a PlayStation 3 for watching videos?"

We're ahead of schedule as it is, and our growth continues to astound me every day.
This business model has resulted in tremendous user loyalty, as members turn to WeWin.com over the competition for their online video content in an effort to increase their point-count. A similar incentive-based strategy has already proven its success in the search engine market for companies like Blingo and iWon. The initial response from members indicates that WeWin.com will continue to pick up momentum through the beta and beyond.

"We are delighted by the positive response and overall support of the incentive-based model, from our members and the industry as a whole," said Brian Carrozzi, Founder and CEO of WeWin.com. "We're ahead of schedule as it is, and our growth continues to astound me every day."
