Washington, D.C. (PRWeb) February 8, 2007 -- The Human Capital Institute (HCI), a professional association and educator in talent management strategies, announced today that Oracle will be a top sponsor of HCI's second annual National Human Capital Summit, to be held in Phoenix March 19-21. Oracle is the world's largest enterprise software company and a leading provider of Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.

Oracle is lending its support to what industry experts and senior executives are calling the most important human capital event of 2007.

Where Talent Meets Business Strategy
"Oracle is a leader in the Human Capital Management field. Its support of HCI's Summit draws additional attention to the fact that the conference is a platform for addressing the latest issues in talent management," said Allan Schweyer, HCI's President & Executive Director. "We greatly appreciate Oracle's support."

Oracle is sponsoring the Summit at the diamond-level. As a Diamond sponsor, Oracle receives comprehensive marketing opportunities prior to, during, and after the conference, along with an array of benefits exclusive to the sponsor level. Summit Diamond sponsor benefits include reserved rounds at the Benefit Golf Tournament, tickets to a VIP reception for senior decision-making executives, and recognition from the podium at a keynote address, among other perquisites and recognition.

In addition to sponsoring the Summit, Oracle supports Human Capital Institute research. It underwrites "Creelman at Large," the Human Capital Institute's ongoing series of interviews with human capital experts and visionaries conducted by David Creelman, CEO of Creelman Research.

"We recognize that HCI is a driving force in human capital management and we're pleased to lend our support to this year's Summit. We also look forward to continuing our support of the Human Capital Institute's research initiatives," said Oracle Senior Director of Product Marketing for Human Capital Management, Michelle Newell.
