Intermedia.NET is Only Hosted Exchange Provider with 'Perfect' Technical Support

Among 50 major IT hosting companies worldwide, Intermedia.NET is the only Microsoft Exchange hosting provider to score a '5.0' - top marks - for the quality of its support. The study, by Independent support auditing leader, HosTest.net, gave Intermedia.NET the 5.0 score in accuracy and completeness of support.

To test the hosting providers, HosTest.net submitted a variety of tech support questions during November 2006 and rated the companies on a five-point scale for accuracy and completeness. A perfect rating of 5.0 was given only when the hosting company provided "the perfect answer that reflects all particular questions, includes comprehensive description of the problem with link, price and solution examples attached if applicable."
