- Lumenos HIA -- The Lumenos Health Incentive Account plan allows members to earn money by participating in health and wellness programs. Members can spend this money on health-related expenses as they choose.
- Lumenos HIA Plus -- The Lumenos Health Incentive Account Plus plan contributes $500 ($1,000 for family plans) annually to pay for healthcare expenses (allocations are made quarterly).
