"This property has tremendous untapped potential for the right group," Heller says. "It has a history that is rich in tradition. In some cases, generations of families have celebrated their marriages at this wonderful facility."
Heller says the owner wants to focus on his core capabilities. "He's one of the best people I've had the pleasure of working with, but his forte is conventional real estate," says Heller.
"Originally I was brought in as an operational consultant, and I saw opportunities for an owner skilled and experienced in hotel operations and marketing."
