Ms. Framiñan began her business career in 1981 and joined TPO in 1999. She became a partner of the firm in 2003. Previous assignments have included executive management and HR leadership roles in the food services, restaurant, corporate travel, professional services, and government consulting arenas. She has a B.A. in Government from University of Virginia and an M.B.A. from George Mason University. In her previous role as Executive Vice President, she was responsible for financial operations and reporting, technology, legal, and corporate performance measurement.
"Over the last two plus years I've watched a great team smoothly transition me out of day-to-day operations," Ms. Usher said, "and with revenue up 58% in the past two years and 13 new hires in 2006 alone, Eve and the rest of our team have a lot to be proud of."
Ms. Usher will continue to be active in the company as Chairman and will still determine the overall direction of TPO. Ms. Framiñan's role will be to manage the day-to-day aspects of the business and provide leadership to help TPO continue to achieve its objectives and meet its growth targets.
