Southpac Announces Second Annual Offshore Planning Institute at the W New York -- Times Square -- April 19-20, 2007

Southpac Trust is pleased to announce the Second Annual Southpac Offshore Planning Institute, to be held at the W New York - Times Square on April 19-20, 2007. The Institute will feature several of the nation's preeminent asset protection attorneys addressing asset protection trusts, offshore business planning, and insurance and investment strategies to preserve wealth. The Institute will also be held on October 4-5, 2007, in Los Angeles.

(PRWeb) February 25, 2007 -- The Southpac Group is pleased to announce the second annual Southpac Offshore Planning Institute, to be held at the spectacular W New York - Times Square Hotel in New York City on Thursday and Friday, April 19 and 20, 2007.

The event will feature several of the nation's leading asset protection attorneys and members of the Southpac Board of Advisors covering such topics as domestic and foreign asset protection trusts, offshore business planning, and innovative insurance and investment techniques designed to preserve wealth.

Miami attorney Howard Rosen, a nationally preeminent author and speaker on asset protection planning, will chair this year's event.

Featured speakers include Gerald Nowotny, an accomplished expert on insurance taxation and offshore investment strategies, and recognized asset protection attorney Patricia Donlevy-Rosen.

Neal Rubin of Rochdale Offshore Investment Management will present on offshore investment planning techniques, and John Ivsan of MDI Offshore Advisors, LLC will outline recent developments and jurisdictional issues.

CLE credit will be offered.
