The Mardian Ranch would allow for 11,343 acres of residential units, including over 12 thousand low-density, nearly 17 thousand medium-density, and 3,780 high-density units.
In addition to the residential areas, the Mardian Ranch includes 1,403 acres to be used for commercial and light industrial purposes, including a winery. Another 812 acres will be used for parks, and 260 acres are designated to be used for two golf courses.
Both developers will benefit from the Hoover Dam Bypass Bridge that is expected to be completed in the next few years. This Bridge will cut the drive time between Kingman and Las Vegas by about half an hour. It now takes an hour and a half to drive the span in light traffic.
With these exciting new developments on the horizon, there will not be a better time for investing in Kingman AZ real estate. Not only are the residential sub-divisions going to be very successful but the area's economic development is growing as well.
