(PRWeb) March 27, 2007 -- Coaching is becoming increasingly popular and companies are providing it to employees in order to promote personal development and improve performance. Many different forms of coaching exist with a number of more and less serious providers on the Swedish market. Indeed, there is a lack of coaching based on cognitive theories and techniques. adSapiens is aiming to fill this gap and is promoting cognitive psychological coaching that is based on psychological theories and research. The coaching can be aimed at individual, group, and organisational levels. It can be helpful in dealing with different issues including the prevention of stress, improving performance, and dealing with procrastination. In addition, adSapiens will provide training courses in coaching starting with a 3-semester course in cognitive coaching.

The individuals involved in the company are from Center for Cognitive Psychotherapy. This is one of the leading training institutions for cognitive therapy in Sweden with a long experience of working with companies in order to promote organisational development and finding solutions to support the wellbeing of staff. Professor Stephen Palmer, an experienced coach from Center for Coaching and City University, is also linked with adSapiens and will talk about using cognitive coaching in the business world at the launch.

Professor Stephen Palmer said, "This is an exciting period in the development of personal and executive coaching. adSapiens will be offering cognitive coaching which is underpinned by current research and it helps clients to enhance performance and well-being."

adSapiens is a new coaching company that will promote the development of cognitive psychological coaching in Sweden. The launch welcomes all interested in cognitive coaching.
