Interaction Associates and Agilent Technologies to detail groundbreaking leadership development program at upcoming CLO Symposium developing Agilent's ranks of global leadership and innovating simultaneously.

San Francisco, CA (PRWeb) March 5, 2007 -- Interaction Associates (IA) Inc teams up with Agilent Technologies at the upcoming Spring 2007 Symposium from Chief Learning Officer (CLO) magazine to explore Agilent's innovative approach to global leadership development.

IA and Agilent will examine global leadership challenges in today's business environment and, specifically, how Agilent's LEAD Global Program is helping the high tech company meet them.

Agilent is way ahead of the pack as a global company addressing daunting leadership development challenges on a global scale
CLO magazine 's Spring 2007 Symposium is a national gathering of learning, leadership, and training experts. The event will be held in Huntington Beach, California on March 12-14, 2007.

"Agilent is way ahead of the pack as a global company addressing daunting leadership development challenges on a global scale," said Marybeth Tahar, Chairman of the Board of Interaction Associates. "We've been privileged to partner with Agilent in the success of the company's LEAD program -- a truly cross-functional initiative that leverages pockets of Agilent expertise worldwide," said Tahar.

Tahar will co-present strategic insights from the LEAD program, and related implications for any company operating on a global scale today, at the CLO Symposium. Leslie Camino-Markowitz, AIM and LEAD Global Program Manager, Global Learning and Leadership Development will join her in presenting on Agilent's innovative program.

"LEAD is about thinking of leadership development in innovation terms," according to Camino-Markowitz. "We developed LEAD to connect it with the strategic imperatives of our CEO - thinking less like program developers and more as innovators and leaders looking to connect global leadership development to Agilent's business objectives," said Camino-Markowitz. "The results for us have been huge."
