Valtera Consultants Contribute to Groundbreaking Assessment Science Book

New book on developing validity evidence released, edited by S. Morton McPhail.

Rolling Meadows, IL (PRWeb) March 6, 2007 -- Valtera is pleased to announce that its thought leaders made significant contributions to the recently released book entitled, "Alternative Validation Strategies: Developing New and Leveraging Existing Validity Evidence."

The book, a compendium of current research and thinking on creative approaches to employment test validation, was edited by S. Morton McPhail, Ph.D., a Sr. Vice President and Managing Principal with Valtera. It offers employers cost-effective ways to draw inferences from their selection procedures while meeting stringent legal and regulatory requirements.
