Susan brings more than 10 years of experience in HR and proven strategic management capabilities that are rare in HR professionals. She has served in various HR roles, including senior HR generalist. Her job responsibilities have included talent management, succession planning, employee communication and a variety of other HR initiatives. These varied responsibilities allow her to easily transition to HR recruiting and identify candidates with the desired skill set.
