Webinar to focus on "How, When, & Why You Must Solve Your Culture Crisis Now."

San Leandro, CA (PRWeb) March 20, 2007 -- TriNet, a nationwide provider of human resource (HR) outsourcing services for small and medium-sized companies, today announced their newest webinar, "How, When, & Why You Must Solve the Culture Crisis Now." The complimentary webinar will be hosted by Debbie McGrath, CEO of HR.com, and registration is currently open.

Nearly 25 percent of the executives polled in TriNet’s recent 2007 HR Trends Survey indicated they were more concerned about attracting and retaining talent than anything else in 2007 — including revenue. Employers are constantly trying to improve quality of work, leadership, and recognition to address this problem. At the same time, studies indicate employees care deeply about a company’s culture, often times valuing it on level with or above compensation. McGrath will address these issues and others, specifically:

  • Just how important is company culture?
  • What do employees value in a culture?
  • What are some things you, as an executive, can do?
  • Why is this something executives need to clue into?
  • How do you strike a balance between the employee wish list and the corporate bottom line?

The webinar will take place at 1p.m.EST on Thursday, March 29, 2007. To register, visit https://www.gotomeeting.com/register/127222141.

The subject of developing an attractive company culture is something that really resonated with the respondents of our recent HR trends survey."
