Samba38.com is a worldwide-patented system developed by Alimutu, which allows the reselling of credits from a prepaid cellular directly to another cellular phone by means of SMS. Samba38.com operates and functions 24 hours a day. Credits authorization is performed in seconds. We are very pleased that ABF accepted our membership. That's also good news for the franchisee candidates since it places Samba38.com right among the best in the business
Reduction in distribution costs and increases in the average revenue per user are some of the advantages for cellular telephone operators to align themselves with the Samba38 system. "We are very pleased that ABF accepted our membership. That's also good news for the franchisee candidates since it places Samba38.com right among the best in the business," said spokesman Mr. Valdir Arnaldo.

Franchising business model offers many advantages for the small entrepreneurs including the possibilities of working in an innovative business, with balanced risks and possibility drawing huge profits from an enormous and ever expanding market." Added Mr. Arnaldo. Entrepreneurs with more resources and capital investors have the opportunity to gain in an even greater manner by profiting from both managing their regional franchisees and by the business they generate.

Samba38.com expects to attract 600 franchises initially nationwide in Brazil providing more than 100 thousand working points for resellers, who work with the main cellular telephony operators. The resellers will be trained in real time by the franchiser in partnership with a well-know university in São Paulo, Univap. The resellers will have their performance monitored on a daily basis with the support of a "business intelligence" developed, patented worldwide and customized for this particular business.

The expectation is that the investment made by the franchisee or master franchisee yields within a period from 12 to 14 months. For further information on the franchising is available at www.samba38.com.
