Online Communities Becoming a Pivotal Part of Modern Youth Ministry

Simply Youth Ministry offers Christian educators an online community for pooling resources.

Lake Forest, CA (PRWeb) March 30, 2007 -- By the age of 20, about three-quarters of American youths will choose the path of their faith. For this reason, giving the appropriate attention to teen-aged groups is imperative to building life long faith.

This statistic, together with the growing influence of online media on adolescents, has caused many groups to form enthusiastic communities in which Christian educators can pool their resources. One such group is Simply Youth Ministry.

Simply Youth Ministry originally formed as an online store for youth ministry curriculum, programming ideas and leadership training tools. Adding to its fresh approach to online merchandising, Simply Youth Ministry has expanded into a savvy online community for Christian educators. From interactive forums to podcasting and regular, free downloads, Simply Youth Ministry takes Christian education to the next level. Not only are educators more closely connected with each other through online forums, but that connection is passed on to the teenage audience, who ultimately receives its benefit.

According to Simply Youth Ministry, "It's important that children and teenagers have the opportunity to learn about life experience and their own experiences using tools that help them connect. We provide those tools."
