Grant People = Scam and strongarm sales tactics from Beware of The Grant People, Inc. on Jun 20, 2007   Preview Open
Just read the comments found on the Yahoo business message boards about this company, based in Las Vegas, NV. Want to get a humorous kick? Ask them for a few references for people who they've helped out and their sales representative will get very defensive, citing some lame privacy act. Then they'll start to talk down to you if they haven't already. Check out the 26 complaints filed for them with the Better Business Bureau (www.bbb.com). If you mention that you'll probably get some lame reply that Bank of America gets thousands of complaints and they're still in business. Yeah? BoA has millions of customers and thousands of branches across the USA compared to this one tiny company in Nevada. What they say sounds good on the phone but they won't back it up with proof and want $5,000 from you that you may never see again. Beware! Search Google by typing "The Grant People" exactly with the quotes and you'll see.
