"We've re-branded to add a clean new concept, updated look, and to highlight the fabulous steak and seafood that Oklahoma has to offer," said Todd Sampson, director of food and beverage at the Oklahoma City, OK, hotel. "The restaurant's atmosphere is more modern with bold reds, blues and golds, and the refreshing new artwork we're bringing in will complete the restaurant's total renovation."
Both lunch and dinner menus are updated from all-American entrees and selections to include fresh seafood and USDA Prime Steaks. The lunch menu features sandwiches, salads and entrées such as the new Dill Havarti Lobster Grilled Cheese, Reuben's, Oyster Po Boy, Chipotle Chicken Sandwiches and a house favorite -- the Waterford Cashew Chicken Salad and Sandwich.
The Oklahoma City restaurant offers dinner entrees including Lobster, Alaskan King Crab Legs, Prime Porterhouse cuts, New York Strip Steaks, Ribeyes and Filet Mignon, and creative dishes such as Cedar Plank Salmon with Lemons and Onions baked on top. It also serves fresh oysters on the half shell.
The restaurant offering catering for up to 30 people in the restaurant, and the private dining room will hold 12. The Oklahoma City restaurant seats 70, and will continue to serve its famous Easter and Mother's Day brunches.
