New Home Leader creates Rapid Request functionality to assist busy, on-the-go home buyers.

Atlanta, Georgia (PRWeb) April 16, 2007 -- NewHomeGuide.com unveiled the new name for its "quick and easy information" functionality, Rapid Request, that assists busy consumers with the new home buying process.

Rapid Request allows new home buyers to quickly and easily get information on several new home communities, builders and home plans, all at once. You provide a few select criteria and we give you up to 10 of the closest matching home plans or communities. All you do is enter your information once, and we mail you brochures on these great communities. It's for people who are looking to buy a new home and don't have a lot of time to spend searching the Internet.

This is just another way we add value to our offering of connecting buyers with builders
This is just part of the new and improved site which also boasts a fresh, modern look and sophisticated design, while providing detailed profiles of new home builders and new homes. The site also features user-friendly functionality, such as the ability to save search results and share selected real estate with friends and family.

Jonathan Ford, Vice President of NewHomeGuide.com, says, "We understand how busy our consumers are and that they need time to review all the information before making this important buying decision. Rapid Request gets it there fast and lets them review everything at home...on their time."

Consumers will appreciate the new functionality, while builders will benefit from the opportunity to provide more detailed follow up information to home buyers at the beginning of the home buying process. "This is just another way we add value to our offering of connecting buyers with builders," says Emily Boyd, Director of National Business of the New Homes Division.
