Serviced office company Avanta has announced that it is to host a charity horse racing event for the property industry at Kempton Park.
(PRWeb) April 15, 2007 -- Serviced office company Avanta has announced plans to hold a charity horse racing event for the property industry at Kempton Park racecourse in September.
The Avanta Race Day was officially launched by England rugby legend Jason Leonard at a reception on board the Avanta yacht at this year's MIPIM, the annual world real estate conference in Cannes, France.
The reception attracted a big crowd of guests who were treated to a preview of the event, which will raise money for Sparks, the charity which supports children's medical research. It is hoped that the event will attract some of the biggest names in property for a day's networking, horseracing and fund raising.
David Alberto, Avanta's Chief Executive, said: "The Avanta Race Day will be a tremendous social and sporting occasion for the property industry, while raising funds for this extremely worthwhile cause. While this is the first year we are running the event, we hope to grow it into an annual event, making it an established and popular date in the industry's calendar."
