Concerned Parcel Pets customers can breathe a sigh of relief following confirmation that the recent pet food scare only affects North America.
(PRWEB) April 26, 2007 -- Concerns from a number of Parcel Pets (www.parcelpets.co.uk) customers who were worried about European pet food after reports that manufacturer 'Menu Foods' had recalled over 40 different brands of wet cat food and 50 different brands of wet dog food attributed to renal failure amongst some cats and dogs.
Customers were concerned that leading brands such as Eukanuba and Science Diet were included in the product recall caused by reports of kidney problems and renal failure.
We can confirm that at Parcel Pets we have checked with our suppliers and the products affected by the recall are only those manufactured for consumption in North America.
