The Touchstone Energy Board of Directors recently held both general and officer elections.
(PRWEB) April 28, 2007 -- In conjunction with its annual meeting in Las Vegas, Nev. and its spring board meeting in San Antonio, Texas, Touchstone Energy Cooperatives today announced the results of recent board and officer elections.
Re-elected to the board were Max Meek, General Manager, Oklahoma Electric Cooperative (Norman, Okla.); Whit Hollowell, Executive VP/CEO, Coastal EMC (Midway, Ga); Charles Castleberry, General Manager, Swisher Electric (Tulia, Texas); Doug Pryce, Director, United Power, Inc., (Brighton, Colo.); and Mike Sims, General Manager, Butler REC (Oxford, Ohio).
Mike Sims was elected President, Charles Castleberry was elected Vice President, and Tom Jones was elected Secretary/Treasurer. Doug Pryce was selected to fill the at-large position on the executive committee while Steve Healy was chosen for a position on the budget committee. These officers will serve one year terms now through spring of 2008.
