The combined entities have refined their collective focus to move forward solely with the Omni business plan of aggressive leasing and acquisition of additional oil and gas assets intended for exploration and production.
This merger provides Omni with the ability to successfully move our business forward in a two-fold manner. It affords the Company the ability to secure additional investment capital through the public markets, as well as to utilize another avenue of acquisition currency, in order to fund Omni’s aggressive development and growth strategy.

Dallas, TX (PRWEB) April 4, 2007 -- Omni Oil & Gas, Inc. (OMOI.PK), www.omnioil.com, announced today that it had previously executed a merger with Midwest Sports Collectibles, Inc., a publicly traded company, listed on the Pink Sheets and headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. It affords the Company the ability to secure additional investment capital through the public markets, as well as to utilize another avenue of acquisition currency, in order to fund Omni’s aggressive development and growth strategy.”
