There is an Activity Matrix to help facilitators determine which activities are best suited for each objective that needs to be met. There are 10 activities in the book which focus on communication, cooperation, creative thinking, decision making, diversity, ethics, influence leadership, negotiations, people development, project management, strategic thinking and teamwork. Each activity includes an a Learning Intention, Overview, Instructions, Observations and Modifications, Conclusion, Variations, Debrief, Opening, Closing and space for Notes.
