Using independent sales representatives will allow the company to bypass a central distributor, providing their customers with the freshest coffee possible. "When freshness is the key to your product, you want to basically get the coffee from the roaster to the customer in the shortest time possible. When a rep places an order, the coffee is roasted, packaged, and shipped within 24 hours," the Roastmaster explained.
