The InBoxer Anti-Risk Appliance "Found All The Problems" In InfoWorld Test Including Privacy Violations, Medical Terminology, Offensive Content, and Confidential Document Leaks.

Concord, Mass. (PRWEB) May 10, 2007 -- The InBoxer Anti-Risk Appliance scored 8.5 out of 10 in InfoWorld's comprehensive review of email archiving, electronic discovery, and policy management products. It described InBoxer as "well-done email archiving and searching, plus real-time policy management alerts" with ""a level of thoroughness other products don't necessarily provide."

The InBoxer Anti-Risk Appliance was tested for accuracy, ease-of-use, features, performance, scalability and value. InBoxer received an 8 or 9 out of 10 in every category.

I had the Anti-Risk Appliance set up in 30 minutes, which is a credit to the system's language analysis
"Many data leak products start to look similar in features and operation, but InBoxer has some truly unique differences that make it a superior investigation tool," Mike Heck, contributing editor for InfoWorld.

"I had the Anti-Risk Appliance set up in 30 minutes, which is a credit to the system's language analysis," Heck said. "This solution found all the problems in my test messages, including privacy violations (credit card numbers), medical technology (for HIPAA compliance), offensive content (adult content and profanity), and confidential documents."

Heck also praised InBoxer's easy user interface and the system's ability to place messages on automatic litigation hold, which is an important part of electronic discovery. Litigation hold mandates that the company prevent needed messages from being deleted. He described the automatic litigation hold as "a feature I haven't seen elsewhere."

The InfoWorld review of InBoxer is available at http://www.inboxer.com/downloads/InfoWorld_Review.pdf.

The InBoxer Anti-Risk Appliance is shipping immediately for email archiving, discovery and real-time email notifications of information leaks and other potential risks. It supports Microsoft Exchange, IBM Lotus Notes / Domino, Kerio, and other leading email servers. Pricing starts at $5000.
