- LDAP compliance enables IT specialists to better authenticate, store, and maintain Key Survey's user login and password information within the company's standard authentication systems.
- Users of Key Survey Enterprise Admin can now manage and control password properties, such as expiration dates, password length, password complexity, account expiration, and lockout settings.
- Management of bounced emails. This new feature allows users to detect the type of bounced messages, export them to a CSV or Excel file, or remove them from the distribution list.
- "Quick Input Mode" for answer options. This mode enables you to speed up question creation by copying answer options directly from Word, Excel, or other programs.
- Enhanced "Email Alerts" functionality now has a new design and improved manageability, allowing users to set alerts on "rank along scale" answer options or on text answers. It also enables copy alerts to decrease the amount of repeated actions.
- Progress bar in report export. In the new version, users will be able to see the progress of the report export, which can prevent browser timeout when exporting large files.
