Scarborough, ME (PRWEB) May 31, 2007 -- Personal Chef Jonathan Carr announces his partnership with the Pinecrest Inn of Gorham, Maine. “Cooking is a creative outlet for me. I use the freshest and best ingredients so that my clients will enjoy the visual, taste and texture aspects of the meal that I prepare,” says Carr, a personal chef in Portland, Maine. “Individuals who enroll in Man with a Pan Culinary Adventure will get to enjoy not only the recipient’s side of fine dining, but will experience the joys of a fine meal from the chef’s end, as well.”

The Food Network recently named Portland one of the top three culinary destinations in the United States. Participants in Man with a Pan Culinary Adventure will travel with Carr to Portland-area artisans, where they will purchase the best fresh ingredients, cheeses and wines. Twelve spots are available for each class, and a minimum of six people are needed for the course to take place. Man with a Pan Culinary Adventure will be held in spring 2008 from May 18-23, and in fall 2008 from September 13-18. The cost is $1,975 per person, and includes room, transportation for tours, cooking classes, a manual of recipes and beverages with dinner, including wine.
