Paige will lead the Batrus Hollweg research team on all product development, validation and organizational research initiatives. She brings more than a decade of experience working with Fortune 500 companies on development and validation of talent assessments along with extensive expertise in employee opinion, market research and organizational research.
“Combining a passion for performance with the power of research and metrics, Paige generates valuable insights to help clients leverage organizational productivity,” said Linda Pharr, Chief Operating Officer and President of Batrus Hollweg International. “Her leadership in research and psychometrics further expands our Talent Gauging expertise and will help our firm continue to grow along with our clients.”
Before joining Batrus Hollweg, Paige founded Perform Consulting Network, a boutique consulting company providing test development, survey and research based consulting to a variety of industries including entertainment, financial services, hospitality and government. Previously she was the head of field selection for MetLife where she redeveloped and deployed the web based selection battery used for the field sales force. She conducted research on thousands of job titles and was instrumental in the implementation of revised testing methods for the newly merged company.
Paige holds a B.S. in Psychology from Oregon State University, a M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine, as well as an M.S. and Ph.D. in Industrial / Organizational Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology in San Diego.
