Learn.com®, the leader in on-demand workforce development and productivity, announced today that Ealing Council, a leading provider of government services, located in the borough of Ealing, London, United Kingdom, has selected the LearnCenter® platform to provide on-demand, product-specific training to its clients.

Sunrise, FL (PRWEB) June 2, 2007 -- After a restructure of Ealing Council's Corporate Learning & Development department, the Council needed the capabilities to deliver conventional instructor-led training in-house. Ealing needed to make significant changes to the delivery of learning & development to meet the government's strict online agenda.

Ealing Council will use the LearnCenter platform to track and deliver online content and introduce other training delivery methods such as Web-based learning to deliver IT desktop application training, behavioural soft skills courses, and health and safety content. Learn.com's Learn2 content was selected to provide the professional, Web-based multimedia training courses that would provide vital training in these targeted talent management areas.

The LearnCenter platform will allow Ealing to accomplish the Council's objectives and will provide several benefits to Ealing employees including equipping its staff with the knowledge, skills and visibility they need to achieve their goals.
