Beginning as a financial and operational auditor in the banking industry with Manufacturers Hanover and CIT Group and later as Accounting Manager, Mr. Collura set up complete accounting procedures for leasing and asset-based financing operations. For over fifteen years with CRS, Mr. Collura has directed the company operations as well as designed, implemented, and supervised real estate lease audit programs for many of the best-known corporate office and retail tenants in the U.S.
Mr. Collura has personally negotiated hundreds of lease audit recoveries at properties in virtually every major North American city. He has extensive experience dealing with the most difficult private and institutional landlords and is an authority on the history of lease auditing as it applies to past and current practices. As President, Mr. Collura will oversee all operations, assignment of staff, and project planning.
