With the labor pool of younger workers on the decline, Arbita and Jobs4.0 unite to provide Arbita’s clients direct access to a growing labor pool of experienced, energetic workers over 40. Our alliance with Arbita will create an exciting new vehicle for prominent employers to reach skilled, energetic job seekers
"By 2010, more than 51 percent of the workforce is expected to be 40 or older, a 33 percent increase since 1980," according to statistics in the Bureau of Labor Statistics, Monthly Labor Review [PDF 149 KB.

"Our alliance with Arbita will create an exciting new vehicle for prominent employers to reach skilled, energetic job seekers", said Jobs4.0 founder Steven J. Greenberg. "Together we've created packages that go far beyond job postings – Arbita clients can choose to have their jobs included in Jobs4.0 newsletters to nearly 20,000 registered users, be designated on our home page as a Best Employer for Age Diversity, get access to our private resume database, launch Jobs4.0 mini-career fairs and more. And every package will be discounted for Arbita clients."

"Multigenerational Recruiting is vital to reaching the entire workforce and achieving a bias-free workplace," said Doug Ries, Executive Vice President of Arbita.net. "Partnering with Jobs4.0 will add value for our clients by enabling them to target seasoned candidates who bring experience, skills and wisdom to their organizations," Ries concluded.
