Vyatta, the leader in open-source networking, is inviting LinuxWorld attendees to unwind after a hectic day by playing original stand-up video arcade games -- Asteroids, Pac-Man, Defender, Donkey Kong, and Centipede -- and challenging their favorite open-source luminaries.

San Mateo, Calif. (PRWEB) July 10, 2007 -- Vyatta, the leader in open-source networking, is inviting LinuxWorld attendees to unwind after a hectic day by playing original stand-up video arcade games -- Asteroids, Pac-Man, Defender, Donkey Kong, and Centipede -- and challenging their favorite open-source luminaries.

What: Vyatta Open Arcade Classic - LinuxWorld San Francisco Edition
Challenge your favorite open source luminary to a game of Pac-Man or Asteroids and support a worthy open-source charity.    

Where: Thirsty Bear, 661 Howard Street, San Francisco (one block from LinuxWorld at Moscone Center)

When: Tuesday, August 7, 2007, 7pm - 10pm

Details: Vyatta, the leader in open-source networking, is inviting LinuxWorld attendees to unwind after a hectic day by playing original stand-up video arcade games -- Asteroids, Pac-Man, Defender, Donkey Kong, and Centipede -- and challenging their favorite open-source luminaries.

Each game will be assigned to a specific charity project designated by our open-source luminary guests. Vyatta will donate a minimum of $1,000 to each of the charities designated by the luminaries, and all additional donations received will be evenly distributed. Donations will be made in the name of the highest scoring player from each arcade game.

Food and drinks will be provided by Vyatta.
