A proud father of two, with over 20 years of cooking, from the U.S. Navy, to restaurants and hotels, to universities and backyard pig roasts, a cookbook finally gets written. Born and raised in West Haven, a shoreline town in south central Connecticut. Having traveled to over 20 Countries around the world and about 30 states, learning as much as possible about two of the most important things in life: food and romance. First, about food, receiving an Associates degree in Foodservice Management while working full time as a restaurant cook. Cooking for actors, rock stars and many well known politicians. Learning about romance came only from real life experiences. After dating many beautiful women, much was learned from all of them and what they desire. Put the two best things in life together, and this cookbook is an interpretation of how sweet life can be. The goals of this cookbook are to help many people.
