National Marketing Research Firm Attracts Key Industry Executive

Karin A. Ferenz will head the newly formed Customer Loyalty Division and Chicago based client service office of Bellomy Research, Inc. Ms. Ferenz's more than 20 years of marketing research experience and leadership in the field of Customer Loyalty Management complements BRI's expanding team.

Ferenz has joined the company as Vice President, Customer Loyalty Management. A noted authority in this field, Ms. Ferenz was formerly Vice President, Customer Loyalty Management with Harris Interactive.

Ms. Ferenz is an industry leading expert in the discipline of customer loyalty research and its applications. She has held senior leadership positions with some of the largest marketing research firms in the industry. She holds an MBA in Marketing Research and has over 20 years of experience in conducting research and analysis around the customer lifecycle. She has assisted global, Fortune 100 companies with strategic plan development, value proposition definition and deployment, financial linkage to loyalty research data, organizational assessment, and market positioning.

Reporting directly to the President, Scott Layne, Ms. Ferenz will head the company's newly formed Customer Loyalty Division and Chicago based operations. Ms. Ferenz will lead client services and market development initiatives. According to Layne, Ms. Ferenz's addition to Bellomy Research, Inc. will provide a significant contribution to existing competencies.
