Galea Lifes Sciences Inc. (OTC: GLSN) today announced that it has begun trading under its new name and symbol. Galea was formerly known as Value Holdings Inc.
The Company changed its name to better reflect its new direction in anticipation of the completion of its acquisition of Innovative Technology Acquisition Corp., and that company’s Nutraplete dietary supplement. Nutraplete is designed to provide nutritional support for people with HIV/AIDS.
Concurrent with the name change the Company also executed a 25-1 reverse stock split.
