New York, NY (PRWEB) July 26, 2007 -- Iptivia, a leading provider of real-time IP service assurance solutions to enterprises and network service providers, today announced international expansion with the formation of a European corporate office and agreements with multiple European and Asian resellers. Headed by Dietmar Fuchs, vice president of sales and managing director for Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), Iptivia has assembled an experienced international team of sales and technology professionals that has successfully executed reseller agreements worldwide with Eirteic Consulting; in Europe with Open Advice, Serima, ClassTel, and NVisionGroup; and in Asia with Neudia Systems and Network Force.

"Iptivia's technology is unique in its ability to provide real-time visibility into IP video and voice applications, and we're motivated to resell their products as part of our IT service management and OSS solutions set," stated Patrick Buttimer, chief executive officer of Eirteic Consulting. "As a Next Generation Systems Integrator, Eirteic leverages service management best practices and expertise to offer management solutions that deliver ongoing value throughout the solution lifecycle, and we require best-of-breed solutions to meet our customers' needs. Clearly Iptiva's Service Fidelity solutions will give our global customers what they are now demanding -- the ability to address root causes of service disruption and network failures that are typically invisible or difficult to diagnose."

According to Markus Fürst, managing director of OpenAdvice, "The upsurge in demand for Internet based TV and voice in the European telecom community is dictating that service providers deliver a higher quality of service. Iptivia solutions provide a critical piece of the real-time solution required to meet the upswing in demand for broadband Internet services."

As the head of Iptivia's EMEA operations, Dietmar brings more than 18 years of IT and telecom industry experience to Iptivia. Prior to joining Iptivia, Dietmar was regional director for Central and Eastern Europe for Micromuse, selling into the service provider and large enterprise market, including countries like Germany, Russia, and the Middle East. He also spent four years in a similar capacity at Boole & Babbage. According to Dietmar, "In my experience, Iptivia's approach is unique. It allows network managers, operators, and engineers to receive a network picture that is within a few hundred milliseconds of real time. The value of this kind of immediacy in accelerating remedial actions for next-generation IP services is critical to the new business models of enterprises and service providers. Rapid expansion of our reseller network is a testament to that value."

About Iptivia:
