The new website offers simplified navigation and a better overall user experience. New content allows potential clients to quickly access information about solutions like executive search and project based recruiting. Candidates can also search and apply for jobs directly on-line.
This is the first phase in a larger plan to add features and services to better meet client and candidate needs. Future plans include a candidate portal with tools and resources specifically designed to help candidates manage their careers, resource pages for clients to learn about current recruiting and human capital trends and a parallel site that will remain Top Secret until launched later this year.
