West Palm Beach, Fla. (PRWEB) July 17, 2007 -- Scott Webb, of Kolter Communities (www.kolter.com), has been promoted to President of the company’s Commercial Division. In his new role, Webb will oversee the expansion of the company’s retail, office and commercial land development opportunities in North America.
Mr. Webb brings over 24 years of commercial development expertise to his new position. In his tenure with Kolter, Webb spearheaded a combination of acquisition, disposition and management initiatives for Kolter's 6.8 million square foot North American commercial real estate portfolio. Prior to joining Kolter, Webb previously oversaw the leasing and management of various large projects. In 2003, Webb was awarded the NAIOP Lease Deal of the Year.
