Rudow's insights on audience-centric communications will help entrepreneurs navigate change.

San Francisco, CA (PRWEB) August 8, 2007 -- Gordon Rudow, founder and chief executive of Bonfire Communications, will facilitate a conversation with fellow entrepreneurs about the challenges and communication best practices for leading change at this year's Entrepreneurs' Organization University in Berlin, Germany. Rudow's presentation, Igniting Change through Audience-Centric Communications, will detail Bonfire's strategic communication planning methodology, a unique thinking and planning process that enables leaders to develop greater empathy and connection with their organizations. Rudow will share insights from his own experiences leading some of the world's largest companies through global change initiatives.

The global learning event, dubbed "EO's Berlin University," will draw entrepreneurs from over 40 countries and feature workshop leaders from a variety of industries. Rudow was invited to discuss common challenges leaders face when implementing a new vision, and will highlight thinking models and planning tactics for building a leader's "empathetic muscle." Attendees will learn about managing the "corporate conversation" -- the culture -- and how to drive conversation and behavior change to achieve organizational goals.

When leaders connect with their people, organizations become more effective. This leads to increased customer satisfaction and bottom-line results.
"As entrepreneurs, we must engage our audiences effectively, whether they are employees, customers, or the marketplace -- especially during times of great change," explained Rudow. "Audience-centric planning helps leaders and managers develop an understanding of stakeholder needs and concerns, enabling them to connect with their audiences in a relevant and meaningful way."

Rudow added, "When leaders connect with their people, organizations become more effective. This leads to increased customer satisfaction and bottom-line results."

"Gordon's experience as an entrepreneur and change communications expert made him the perfect choice for this session," shared Marcel "Otto" Yon, chairman of EO's Berlin University. "As a passionate leader and communicator, Gordon can call upon years of experience and share that learning in a way that his peers can connect with and translate into their own businesses."

EO's Berlin University will take place at the Ritz-Carlton Berlin and Berlin Marriott Hotel, in the heart of Potsdamer Platz -- the newly revitalized center of Berlin, just minutes from the historic, business and government districts. The program will center on the theme of "Tearing Down Walls."

Rudow will lead two interactive workshops in the change management track on Friday, August 10, 2007 from 2:30-4:00 PM and 4:30-6:00 PM CEST. To read more about Rudow's sessions and others, visit the learning agenda: http://www.eonetwork.org/universities/berlin/learning.html - gordonrudow
